Christopher Jackson serves as Vice President of Senior Solutions of Western New York, bringing strong leadership, operational insight, and firsthand caregiving experience to his role. Earlier in his career, Christopher worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a nursing home, where he developed a deep respect for both caregivers and the individuals they serve. That early hands-on experience continues to shape his approach today. Christopher works closely with the leadership team to support caregivers, strengthen daily operations, and ensure that every client and family receives compassionate, personalized care — always guided by the belief that great care begins with understanding, trust, and our family helping yours.

Billing/Payroll

Jill Weber is the Payroll & Billing Specialist bringing with her over 40 years of experience in bookkeeping and human resources consulting. Jill started her own bookkeeping business back in 1998 and strives to streamline finance and human resource processes for her clients. Jill is passionate about helping others, including her four-legged friends, and especially those who cannot advocate for themselves.

Director of Nursing

Rochelle Pfohl is a Registered Nurse with over 16 year's experience. From Hospice and Oncology to Gastroenterology and Allergy , Asthma , and Immunology . Which has led to her main passion in working with the geriatric population . Her main goal in all she has done is to ensure our elders have passionate trusted care and that is her priority at Senior Solutions of WNY.

Case Manager

Heather Goerss is a Case Manager for Senior Solutions of WNY. She began in the home health care industry over ten years ago, working as a Personal Care Aide while studying for her degree in Public Health. After graduating, she decided to follow her passion for caregiving, segwaying into a management position with Senior Solutions. Heather is devoted to helping the geriatric population of WNY, aiding and assisting however she can to help meet their home health needs.

Director of Staffing

Michelle Dillsworth is the scheduling manager for senior solutions of WNY. She has been in the home care industry for 10 years. She started her career working with individuals with developmental disabilities and had many different roles from personal care to management. She started with Senior Solutions as a home health aide and quickly made the transition to the scheduling manager.
